What is included in each membership plan?
Essential ($99/month) includes one basic IV therapy each month, 5% off GLP-1 or GIP injectables on 3 or 6 month treatments, 10% off IV add-ons, 10% off vitamins and peptide injections, and priority booking. Wellness Plus ($149/month) includes one premium IV therapy each month, 10% off GLP-1 or GIP injectables, 10% off additional IV services, 10% off vitamins and peptides, one sick or wellness visit by telehealth or in office, one B12 shot monthly, weekly nutritional coaching for the weight loss program, and priority booking. Premier Wellness ($250/month) includes two premium IV therapies monthly, B12 injections twice a month, 15% off GLP-1 or GIP injectables, 15% off IV add-ons, up to two sick or wellness visits, 10% off vitamins and peptides, 10% off IV therapies for friends and family, and priority booking.
How do the GLP-1 member discounts work?
The member discount applies to GLP-1 weight loss injectables for in-office and online weight loss management services, and only to 3 or 6 month treatment orders. Do I need a membership to be seen at Premier?
No. You can pay per visit or per treatment without joining. Membership makes sense when you are already using IV therapy, GLP-1 medication, vitamins or peptide injections regularly, because the monthly benefits and discounts usually cover the fee.
Is membership a substitute for health insurance?
No. Premier Regenerative Medicine is a cash-pay clinic and does not bill insurance. Membership reduces the price of our services; it is not an insurance plan and does not cover hospital care or care outside our clinic.
Can I use my membership for telehealth visits?
Wellness Plus and Premier Wellness include sick or wellness visits by telehealth or in office. IV therapy, injections and other in-clinic services take place at our Sherwood, Arkansas office.
